Please complete this form to request your 1:1 Somatic Exercise Programme at Harmonic Haven.
The programme consists of four 60-minute sessions and costs £240, paid as one package. It is not available as a single standalone session. All four sessions are required for safety, allowing the exercises to be introduced gradually and giving you time to learn how to use them appropriately to support your own regulation. Please select four appointment dates when booking. Payment will be requested after your booking has been reviewed and approved.
